3rd day: HUARAZ – LLANGANUCO LAKE

CALLEJON DE HUAYLAS, is one of the most beautiful natural landscapes of our country. Its length is 180 kms. The valley is composed by Black and White Cordilleras and SANTA RIVER crossing between these. This river is born at CONOCOCHA Lagoon (4,100 m.a.s.l), along its way, we can appreciate several cities: CARAZ, with mild weather all the year, its urban ensemble provide us the view of a traditional and typical mountain city; CARHUAZ, its mild weather is considered one of the mildest in the world (Weather Therapy); YUNGAY, where the tuft of a palm tree, a half trapped car and the tower of a former church are buried by a avalanche on year 1970; over the cemetery, a white image of Christ opens his arms trying to stop the HUASCARAN fury. Finishing the journey, we will entry to HUASCARAN NATIONAL PARK, declared a Biosphere World Reserve by Unesco. Here we find the beautiful LLANGANUCO LAGOONS. One of these is CHINACOCHA (Female Lagoon with Turquoise color waters) and the other is ORCOCOCHA (Male Lagoon). The HUASCARAN is cover with snow that is reflected on both lagoons.

4th day: PASTORURI MOUNTAIN
Continental breakfast. PASTORURI MOUNTAIN. Along the way, we will appreciate the towns of CATAC, TICAPAMPA, RECUAY, located 3,052 m.a.s.l. The weather is cold and the ancient architectural lines are preserved, its narrow streets, houses with wood balconies and tile roofs, the famous RAYMONDI PUYA or ROYAL PUYA, a prehistoric flora remain. The journey finishes at the base of PASTORURI MOUNTAIN, 5,100 m.a.s.l. where you will enjoy different emotions trying to climb or sky this impressive snow mountain. Return to the hotel. Lodging.

5th day: CHAVIN DE HUANTAR
Continental Breakfast.
It´s an excursion to one of the oldest civilizations of America. Here, you will appreciate the LANZON (Lithic sculpture) , Galería de los laberintos ( Labyrinthes´s gallery) , Choquechinchay stone, Cabezas Clavas, Ceremonial Square, etc. Along the raod, we will know mining towns, Queracocha lagoon, the tunnel of Cahuish. Return at the hotel. Lodging.

6th day: CITY TOUR- HUARAZ - LIMA
Continental breakfast.
CITY TOUR, we will appreciate: the MAIN SQUARE, LA SOLEDAD district and church, Jose Olaya ( old street) and finishing at MONTERREY THERMAL BATHS.
Transfer to the bus station.
13:00 PM Return trip to Lima City.
21:00 PM Arrival to Lima. Transfer to the selected hotel. Lodging.

7th day: LIMA- PUERTO MALDONADO- ALBERGUE LODGE
Breakfast.Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Puerto Maldonado, Reception and transfer to the Main Square of the city. Walk to the port. Travel by engine canoe. Arrival to the lodge. Lunch. Journey with guide and explanation of the autochthonous architecture and environment of Cuzco Amazonico lodge, fully built by natives using axes and hunting knives, according machiguenga and Huarayo habits.
Jungle walk for about two hours through the forest surrounding the lodge, with an explanation of the flora and fauna. Typical dinner and overnight at the lodge.

8th day: PUERTO MALDONADO
Sunrise with the forest typical noise. Continental breakfast. Crossing of Madre de Dios River
by engine canoe. ½- hour long walk through the forest by roads and paths to the magnificent Sandoval Lake that offers an outstanding landscape with quiet waters surrounded by aguajales, palm trees and other trees, some of these giants. Voyage on rowboat around the lake to watch the rich flora and fauna of the place. If the weather is good, you will have the chance to swim in the lake. Return to the lodge. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit to a native small farm where you can observe the different variety of Amazonian growings. Typical food and Accomodation at the lodge.

9th day: PUERTO MALDONADO - CUZCO - CITY TOUR
After the continental breakfast, transfer to Jorge Chávez airport to take the flight to Cusco. Reception at Cusco airport. Transfer to the selected hotel. Rest and acclimation
In the afternoon, there is a combined excursion, the first part is a visit to THE CITY: the Main Square, formerly known as HUACAYPATA; THE CATHEDRAL, where you will appreciate some Cusco School paintings; KORICANCHA, Inca empire military- religious center and temple of its main God, ‘’ THE SUN’’. The second part is a visit to Sacsayhuaman Archaeological Park, which is composed by 4 main units: SACSAYHUAMAN, TAMBOMACHAY, PUCAPUCARA and QUENKO. Return to the hotel. 10th day: INCA SACRED VALLEY
Continental breakfast. Sacred Valley of the Incas. Along the way we will visit typical towns like PISAC, which is known for its craft fair and the Indian mass; LAMAY; CALCA; URUBAMBA; and OLLANTAYTAMBO town, which is known for its magnificent buildings in the upper side and its audience and warehouse distribution. Buffet lunch. Return to Cusco. Overnight at the selected hotel. Accomodation.

11th day:MACHUPICCHU INCA RUINS
Continental Breakfast. Machupicchu citadel is located 112 Km far from Cusco. During the trip, we will see part of Urubamba Canyon, which is washed by Vilcanota River and crowned by the snowcapped mountains of ‘’LA VERONICA”. The visit includes the farming, urban, religious areas; Intiwatana, sacred springs, Squares. This trip includes a lunch at Machupicchu Ruinas Hotel. Return to Cusco at timely hour. Overnight at the selected hotel.

12th day: CUSCO - LIMA

Transfer to Velasco Astete airport for the return flight to Lima city.
