Detailed Itinerary
1st day: AREQUIPA
Upon arrival, reception and transfer from the airport to the selected Hotel. We will start after a guided tour visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral, San Francisco Church, the Cloisters of Santa Catalina Convent, opened to the public on 1970, after 400 years. Transfer to the hotel at 18.00 hours approximately. We will continue our trip to Arequipa surroundings visiting Yanahuara, Cayma, Sabandía and La Mansión del Fundador, a traditional colonial style mansion.

2th day: AREQUIPA - COLCA VALLEY
08:00 hours. Departure with private bus toward Colca Canyon, passing over Chachani Volcano foot. During the trip we will pass by Pampa Cañahuas and Pampa Arrieros at Vicuñas National Reserve, as well as Vizcachani, La Pulpera, Callalli, Sibayo and Tuti Villages. We will get an altitude of 4,000 meters (13,200 ft.) where you will appreciate beautiful natural lagoons of Bofedales, and Mar Atrapado along with huge castle shape rocks. At 17:30 hours. We will arrive to Chivay in Colca Valley. Registration at a three stars hotel (basic services with private bathroom). Dinner at hotel. Lodging in Colca Valley.

3th day: COLCA VALLEY- AREQUIPA
Breakfast. 07:00 hours. Departure to the "Cruz del Condor", where the Canyon begins, appreciating its depth. From this point we will also appreciate the famous condor in its natural habitat. After a brief stopover at the "Cruz del Condor", we will continue the trip through Colca Valley, admiring its beautiful small towns such as Pinchocllo, Madrigal, Lari, Maca, Achoza, Yanque, visiting some of its churches which were built in colonial times. You will also appreciate the hanging Pre-Inca tombs and impressive andean terraces. Return to Chivay for lunch. Return to Arequipa passing by Patapampa, Volcanoes observatory point upon 4,800 meters (15,840 ft.), as well as Chucura. Arrival to Arequipa and transfer to your hotel. Lodging in Arequipa.
